If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not provide your personal data when requested and discontinue use of our Services immediately.
1. Information We Collect
To provide and enhance our services, we collect information in the following ways:
A. Information You Provide
When you create an account, upload content, contact us, or otherwise use the Platform, you may provide:
- Account Details: Name, age, username, password, language, email, phone number, social media account information, and profile image.
- User Content: Comments, photographs, livestreams, audio recordings, videos, text, hashtags, and associated metadata (e.g., creation time and location). Content may be pre-uploaded before you post it.
- Facial Data: When using features for special effects or emojis, we process facial data offline for that specific purpose. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or share it with third parties without your explicit consent. For Real-Person Profile Picture Authentication, we compare your profile picture with a facial-recognition video to verify authenticity and prevent fake accounts. The video is not retained on our servers after verification.
- Clipboard Information: With your permission, we may access text, images, or videos from your device's clipboard to fulfil actions like pasting content or sharing with third-party platforms.
- Location Data: GPS information, if you grant us permission. You can manage this access through your device settings.
- Payment Information: Full name, billing address, zip code, country, date of birth, payment method details, and transaction history when you purchase Paid Services.
- Verification Information: Proof of identity or age to verify your account.
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or participate in surveys, promotions, or contests.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information necessary for our legitimate business interests:
- Usage Data: Browsing and search history, viewed content, interaction times, subscribed accounts, and user interactions.
- Device Information: Operating system, browser type, device model, serial number, IP address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI, IMSI, and MAC address.
- Mobile Advertising Identifiers: Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID, used by advertisers to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads.
- Metadata: Data describing your User Content, such as hashtags or captions.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Small data files that help us understand how you use our Services and improve your experience. Please see our separate Cookie Policy for details.
- Information from Third Parties: Data from games, social media platforms (like Facebook, if you connect your account), or other services you use, in accordance with their privacy policies and your permissions.

Please be aware that information you choose to make public on the Platform can be seen, used, and shared by others. As we are part of an international group, your information may be transferred outside the UK, including to countries not deemed to have adequate data protection laws. In such cases, we ensure transfers are governed by UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid legal mechanisms to protect your data.
4. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. These include encryption, firewalls, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this policy. You can delete your account via Me > Settings > Account Management > Delete Account in the app. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data, except where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations under UK law, or for reasons of security, fraud prevention, or tax.
